“it's a nice hotel, with a swimming pool.”

“I will NEVER stay at an IHG hotel again, nor should Expedia partner with this company. They overcharged my card by $200 without any receipt or explanation. I’ve called the hotel property and corporate a total of 6 times over a week without a single person being able to discuss the issue, they just keep pushing me to others and not calling me back. This is the worst customer service I’ve received. When I checked in they didn’t know the amount of days or type of room, I should have left then.”

“The room was super clean and the linens all looked brand new! Having the coffee maker with coffee, tea, sugar and cream was nice. There is also a fridge. There were shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. The room was very quiet on the bottom floor and parking was great. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises. We were able to walk to a wonderful restaurant and bar.”

“My friend and I stayed 1 night. When we got home she had left her purse in the room. She called and they would send someone down to the room and hold it for her. She drove back and when she got there they had her purse. However, someone had stolen $200.00 from her purse. It had to be an employee. Sadly , to say we probably won't stay there again. Also the hot tub was not cleaned. Minerals were collected on the sides of the tub.”

“Not a bad place to stay but definitely not as nice as the photos. The basics were very clean in our room, but there was a lot of dirt or food debris on the wall in a few spots, the bathroom and the window shades. It would have been a great spot to bring dogs and the front desk folks were so nice. Overall not a bad experience, just a little worse for wear of what I expected based on photos.”
